Payment
As a payment method I prefer to use Paypal, which is safe and easy. This is the most popular payment method on the web and you can pay using your credit card without having a Paypal account. It is a method that protects the seller and the buyer with safe and fast transaction. For more information, please visit Paypal.com. If you prefer to use a different payment method, such as the bank transfer, please contact me.
When you place an order through my site, I will send you a confirmation by email and I will start packing and shipping operations updating you step by step.
Make an Offer
With make an offer feature (you will find it in each product description, just after the “add to cart” button) I want to give collectors the opportunity to propose a different price for a work of art or to formulate cumulative offers. This is a non-binding offer of course.
Packaging
I sell my works through the web for many years and I have gained enough experience to pack artworks accurately and safely. I firstly wrap them in neutral white paper sheet and then with a layer of bubble wrap. I ship the works in rigid cardboard boxes
Shipping
To ship my artworks, I use international couriers of proven experience, using air freight service. The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart and vary according to the artwork size and weight and the destination country. This cost includes insurance charges for the total value of the artwork, in case of damage caused during transport.
Delivery time
To export my works from Italy, the country where I live and work, I need to get an export certificate that is issued by a government office: usually it is released in 3-6 working days. In addition to this we have to consider the airfreight shipping time that vary depending on the destination country but generally is not more than 4 days. So please consider a time that varies from 7 to 14 working days to receive the artwork at your home. This is an indicative time and I will I will inform you step by step and you will be constantly updated.
Custom fees
Customs fees vary for each country. Please contact your local office to take all the necessary information on any customs fees to be paid upon receipt of the artwork.
Refunds
I try to be as clear as I can in the artwork description taking high quality photos but this may be not enough. If you are unhappy with an artwork bought on my website for any reason, you can ship it back within 7 days for a full refund (except shipping costs). If you want to return a piece of art, you must ensure that it is in the same physical condition as it was when it was delivered.
