Ketchup Memory is an original oil painting portraying a familiar Heinz ketchup bottle, isolated and suspended in a moment of stillness.

Removed from its everyday function, the object becomes a container of memory rather than a condiment. The red surface, worn label, and subtle reflections recall shared meals, repeated gestures, and small daily rituals that quietly shape our lives.

Part of the Reclaimed Icons series, this work reflects on consumption not as spectacle, but as habit — on how ordinary objects absorb time, touch, and presence. Painted slowly and deliberately, the bottle loses its commercial promise and gains emotional weight.
